Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including original packaging, tags, and certificates if applicable. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kolne.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as KOLNE is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless received damaged or defective. Personalized or custom-made jewellery and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kolne.co with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Time
Orders are processed and delivered within 7 days for customers in the United States and the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
